FastPass · for the Aug 11 builders · closes Friday, Aug 14 at 2:30pm ET · room for 30
For the builders in the Aug 11 room

You built the brick.
Now build the engine.

In 90 minutes you packaged, positioned, and paired one lead magnet. Brick by Brick is 8 weeks where we build the rest of the machine with you — offer, delivery, awareness, conversations — so the right people recognize you before you say a word.

You felt it today, right?

The lead magnet works. But you could feel the thing underneath it.

A lead magnet only pulls when the positioning, the tribe, and the conversations underneath it are dialed in. That's the part you can't fully see from the inside — and that's not a knock. That's just what it's like being inside your own head.

You watched it happen live: someone's lead magnet was already written inside her own prework answers. Her words. Her tribe. Her hook. She just couldn't recognize it alone.

"You cannot see your own different from the inside."

Everything you built today was already in you. The next eight weeks are someone outside your head, building the rest with you.

What the FastPass actually is

Normally there's a line.
You're skipping it.

Getting into Brick by Brick usually means the waitlist behind 1,200 people, a long application, and hoping you're one of the ~30 we take — knowing we turn away about 70 qualified people every cohort. We've sold out five in a row.

You showed up today and did the work. That already told us what the application asks. So:

This window is real. The FastPass is good for 72 hours from the end of the workshop — it closes Friday, Aug 14 at 2:30pm ET, then it's back to the waitlist with everyone else. We're not faking a countdown. We turn away 70 people a round.
The blueprint

Not modules. Not a binge-watch.
What you're holding, week by week.

Today you built one Awareness brick in 90 minutes. Here's what eight weeks of that pace builds.

Week 1 · Hell Week
Your ICP excavated to one real person — your positioning line, your accountability partner. Clarity.
Week 2
Your offer, dialed — what you sell, to whom, at what price, in words they repeat back to you.
Week 3
Your content engine — pillars, hooks, and a cadence you can actually sustain.
Week 4
Your lead magnets at full size — plus the quick-win sequence underneath them. Today's brick, times the system.
Week 5 · Push Week
Your conversation system running daily — paired with an Arena member. Conversations, not just content.
Week 6
Your close and your fit conversation — and for most Builders, the first money win. A win = sold.
Week 7
Your proof, harvested — testimonials, recommendations, referrals, your own case study.
Week 8 · Topping Out
Your brick, with your name on it — and an engine documented so it runs without us.

What's in the room while you build: weekly live builds with Kasey and the team · homework with a tracker (the call link unlocks after the work) · your accountability partner · squads of six with hot seats · direct feedback on your real posts · the Builder community.

From the Wall

Find your mirror in here.

Different worlds — consultant, coach, therapist, services. Same system.

Beck · Agricultural consultant · Australia
2,100 followers → $45k minimum
A cotton farm as her banner so a farmer knows she's his before he reads a word. 10–20 inbound leads on posts that get 20 likes. Deal done by 3pm.
Candice · Coach
$24k → $153k in twelve months
Started posting into the void. Changed to one tribe, one packaged asset, real conversations. She'll tell you it was the wrapper, not more work.
Dr. Kimani · Consultant
Summit filled: 300 → 500
Zero paid ads. Recognition did what a budget used to.
Class 3 · The whole cohort
$100k+ new revenue in 12 weeks
1.5M+ impressions and 2,000% follower growth across the room — but the revenue came from recognition, not reach.
Cledra · Coach
Her people followed her
Platform to platform. When the tribe recognizes you, the algorithm stops owning your business.

Read this before you redeem anything

This is not for everyone.
We mean that literally.

Do not join if…

  • You want a done-for-you agency to run it while you sit back. That's not us.
  • You're looking for a magic hack and won't do the weekly reps.
  • You don't have an offer or a service you already deliver well. This is a build on top of something real.
  • You're a "maybe." We only want your yes if it's a hell yes.

This is yours if…

  • You already deliver something well — you're not starting from zero.
  • You're a founder, coach, consultant, or operator tired of posting into the void.
  • You want the RIGHT leads recognizing you — not a bigger vanity following.
  • You'll lay the brick every week. This is a build, not a binge-watch.

We say no to about 70 people a cohort. When we turn someone away it's not a them problem — it's a fit problem. We'd rather protect the room than take the money. That's why the room works.

The fit promise

"If we believe we can't help you, you'll hear it from us first — and you get every dollar back."

The first two weeks are a fit-check, both ways. You're watching us, we're watching you. If either of us feels it's not a fit, we shake hands, refund you in full, and walk away as friends.

This isn't a refund gimmick built to attract tire-kickers. It's an agreement between us — the same standard that's kept five straight cohorts worth being in. There's no scenario where you're stuck paying for a room that isn't yours.

The investment

Brick by Brick is $5,000.

FastPass holders pick one of two ways in:

Pay in full
$4,500
one payment, done
Save $500
Two payments
$2,500
× 2, thirty days apart

The 10x rule: we build this to return far more than you put in. We just want to give more than we take — that's the whole model.

The questions worth asking out loud

If you're asking, you're probably close.

"Couldn't I just do this myself?"

You could. You've also had the void hours — posting, tweaking, wondering — for a while now. The question isn't whether you're capable. It's whether doing it alone has been working. You built more in 90 minutes today with someone outside your head than most months alone. That's the mechanism, not a coincidence.

"When things slow down, I'll be ready to invest."

When/then is the oldest trap in the building. Things don't slow down — the engine is what slows them down. Waiting for calm to build the thing that creates calm is the loop this program exists to break.

"Does this work if my audience is small?"

Beck has 2,100 followers. Her minimum is $45,000, and the deal was done by 3pm. This system is built for small, recognized audiences — that's the entire point. If you're waiting to be big first, you're playing the old game.

"How do I know this is a good bet?"

Honestly? You're betting on whether you'll do the reps in a room built to make you do them. We de-risk everything else: the fit-check refund, the 1-on-1 kickoff, the weekly build structure. The only variable left is you showing up — which you already did once today.

"What if I do nothing?"

Also a choice — and the most expensive one on this page. Twelve months from now the void hours are still there, just twelve months deeper. You came to the workshop because something wasn't pulling. You now know exactly why. Doing nothing means knowing and staying.

"There's enough out there for all of us to win."

Room for 30 Builders in Class 6. The FastPass closes Friday, Aug 14 at 2:30pm ET. Kickoff with Kasey the week before we start Sept 9.
